1. Turnaround Time (TAT): Standard Turnaround Time is 4 business days, starting from the first business day AFTER you place your order. TAT does not commence until we have received printable files for your order. Please note that federal holidays are not considered business days, and weekends are also excluded from the TAT calculation.
2. Closures and Additional Time: Any closures, such as unexpected events or holidays, may result in an additional 4 business days to the standard TAT. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
3. File Issues and Order Problems: If there are any file-related issues, missing files, or other problems with your order, your Turnaround Time will restart. We strive to resolve issues promptly to minimize any delays in the production process.
4. Combine Order Delay: Adding a combined order to your existing order will result in a one-business-day delay. We will ensure that both orders are processed efficiently while maintaining our commitment to quality.
