Refund policy

At CUSTOMTEE DTF, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Please review our updated return and refund policy below:

Refunds: Refunds will only be granted if your order has not been initiated. If a refund is deemed appropriate after the order has been started, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover non-refundable fees imposed by Shopify.

Cancellation Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applicable to all cancelled orders to cover the fees that Shopify does not refund to us.

Complaints or Issues: Any complaints or issues with your order must be communicated to us via email (kcustomtee@gmail.com) within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of the order being delivered. The prints must be returned (customer pays shipping), and a refund will be processed, or replacements will be sent, depending on the situation.

Transfer Issues: If there is a determined issue with a transfer that has already been pressed on a shirt, we will cover the replacement cost of the shirt. This policy applies to the first shirt pressed with that design. If there are multiple shirts with the same design and an issue arises, cease pressing and contact us. We are not responsible for multiple shirt replacements when the issue was evident with the first shirt that was pressed.

Timeframe for Resolution: Any issues brought to our attention beyond THREE BUSINESS DAYS of your order being delivered are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
